On Monday, April 13, 2026, the second day of the celebration of the Resurrection of Christ (Bright Monday), the faithful gathered at the Metropolitan Cathedral “Nativity of the Lord” in Chișinău to share in the great joy of Pascha together with His Eminence Metropolitan Vladimir, and the Vicar Bishops His Grace Siluan of Orhei and His Grace Filaret of Căpriana, along with the clergy of the cathedral.

“CHRIST IS RISEN! TRULY HE IS RISEN!” — this Paschal greeting resounded throughout the radiant night at the Metropolitan Cathedral “Nativity of the Lord” in Chișinău during the festal divine service celebrated by His Eminence Metropolitan Vladimir, Primate of the Orthodox Church of Moldova. Concelebrating with him were Archpriest Mitred Vadim Cheibaș, Metropolitan Secretary, together with the clergy of the Cathedral.

“How dost Thou die, O Life,
And how dost Thou dwell in the tomb?
Yet Thou destroyest the kingdom of death
And raisest the dead from Hades.”

With the blessing of His Eminence Metropolitan Vladimir, on the evening of Thursday, April 9, 2026, His Grace Siluan, Bishop of Orhei and Vicar of the Metropolis of Moldova, celebrated the service of Matins with the reading of the Twelve Gospels of the Holy Passion of our Lord Jesus Christ.
