With the blessing of His Eminence Vladimir, Metropolitan of Chișinău and All Moldova, the regular assembly of clergy from several deaneries of the Chișinău Eparchy took place during the month of March, as follows:
At the “Saint Demetrius” Cathedral in Orhei, the general assembly of the clergy of the Orhei Vicariate was held, chaired by the Vicar Bishop, His Grace Siluan.
At the “Holy Archangels Michael and Gabriel” Church in Ruseștii Noi commune, the general assembly of the priests of Ialoveni district took place, chaired by the Dean, Archpriest Anatolie Stefanov.
At the “Miracle of the Holy Archangel Michael” Church in Pîrîta village, Dubăsari district, the regular assembly of the priests of Criuleni and Dubăsari districts was held, chaired by the Dean, Archpriest Oleg Vieru.
At the “Saint Nicholas” Church in Ordășei village, Telenești district, the regular assembly and confession of the clergy of Telenești district took place, chaired by the Dean, Archpriest Marian Boldescu.
At the “Holy Archangels Michael and Gabriel” Church in Durlești, Chișinău municipality, the assembly of the clergy of the Chișinău Deanery, Sector 3, was held, chaired by the Dean, Archpriest Zosima Toia.
During the meetings, topics of a liturgical, administrative, social, and missionary nature were discussed, emphasizing the importance of a responsible ministry closely attuned to the needs of the faithful, especially in the current context.
At the same time, in view of the approaching Feast of the Resurrection of the Lord, the priests were encouraged to give increased attention to spiritual preparation, making use of the period of the Fast as a time for strengthening in faith, prayer, and ministry.
