By the mercy of God, this year as well, despite the existing difficulties in the Near East, the Metropolis of Moldova has succeeded in making all the necessary preparations for bringing the Holy Light from Jerusalem.
The official delegation will be led by Bishop Filaret of Căpriana, accompanied by Protodeacon Nicolae Ciumacenco, while the logistical arrangements will be ensured by the director of the travel company, Mr. Ion Curmei.
According to the established program, the Holy Light will be received on the evening of Holy Saturday, April 11, at around 8:00 PM, in the square of the “Nativity of the Lord” Cathedral in Chișinău, where the faithful will have the opportunity to receive it with joy.
